abstract |
The invention relates to a novel humanised animal psoriasis model. Said model is generated by means of the grafting of humanised skin equivalents in the animal, the injection of T lymphocytes and cytokines involved in the generation of the disease in humans, and the implementation of the tape-stripping technique for damaging said grafted equivalents. Said model can be used to study the disease and to identify and evaluate the efficiency of the compounds in controlling said disease. |
