abstract This probe (24) comprises a probe body with a hollow sheath (26, 28) of deformable material, comprising a central lumen open at both ends, and at least one telescopic microcable (42) of conductive material. This microcable slides along the entire length of the probe body and extends beyond the distal end (32) thereof. The portion emerging beyond this distal end is an active free portion (34) comprising a plurality of separate stripped regions (36, 38; 50, 50 ', 50 ") for contacting (40) with the wall a target vein (22) of the coronary network (14-22), thereby forming an array of stimulation electrodes electrically connected together in parallel, the microcable further comprising, on the proximal side, coupling means to a active implantable medical device generator such as pacemaker or resynchronizer.
