titleOfInvention | Flexible cell culture holder material with a porous three-dimensional structure |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing a flexible cell culture carrier material with a porous three-dimensional structure, a flexible cell culture carrier material, methods for culturing cells on a flexible cell culture carrier material and the use of a flexible cell culture carrier material for in vitro cultivation of cells.n n n The method according to the invention comprises the steps: a) Provision of a porous three-dimensional shaped body by means of rapid prototyping. In this case, the shaped body is open-pored and has an interconnecting pore system. The shaped body contains at least one elastic, inert plastic with a hydrophobic surface. The three-dimensional shaped body is a three-dimensional lattice. b) treatment of the surface of the porous three-dimensional shaped body, so that the hydrophobic surface of the elastic inert plastic contained in the shaped body is converted into a hydrophilic surface. c) applying a bioactive layer on the hydrophilic surface of the elastic, inert plastic of the shaped body by contacting the shaped body with a liquid containing at least one bioactive protein. |
