abstract |
A polymer layer composite having ferroelectret properties comprises a corrugated first polymer layer (1) and a planar second polymer layer (2) contacting these to form cavities (5). Seen in cross section, the cavities (5) assume a width a, a maximum height h and a distance b from one another. On the side of the first polymer layer (1) facing away from the cavities (5), the transition between the lateral sections (6) and the connecting sections (7) takes place under a transition radius r1 and on the side facing below a transition radius r2. According to the present invention, the angle α is 5 ° to ≦ 90 °, the ratio of a: b is in a range of ≥ 1: 5 to ≦ 20: 1, and the ratio of h: a is in a range of ≥ 1:20 to ≦ 5: 1. The invention further relates to a method for producing a polymer layer composite according to the invention and piezoelectric element, comprising a polymer layer composite according to the invention. |
