abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a confectionery product comprising the steps of: n(i) forming a chocolate shell in a mould cavity; n(ii) depositing a cake component into the chocolate shell; and n(iii) forming a chocolate layer over the cake component so as to enclose the cake component. n A confectionery product obtainable from the above method is also provided. |
