abstract A composition comprising (a) one or more ω-3 fatty acids selected from DHA, DPA and EPA, (b) uridine or its equivalent, and (c) a methyl donor, useful in the treatment of a person having characteristics of a prodromal dementia patient. The characteristics include e.g. a level of more than 350 ng Total-tau per litre cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and a weight ratio of abeta-42/ Phospho-tau-181 of less than 6.5 in CSF.
