abstract Non-stick coating and coating method thereof are disclosed. The non-stick coating comprises anti-corrosive primer, wear proof midcoat and non-stick overcoat, wherein the primer contains fluoropolymer, at least one type of heat resisting polymer binder and pigment filler, and the pigment filler and the heat resisting polymer binder account for 1-15 percent by weight; the midcoat is coated on the primer and contains fluoropolymer inorganic filler particles; the overcoat is coated on the midcoat and contains non-stick fluoropolymer, the bottom and top of partial large ones of said inorganic filler particles pierce through the midcoat and embed the primer and the overcoat respectively.
