titleOfInvention Method and device for producing vesicles
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing vesicles comprising the steps of: a) providing a fluid (1) which contains at least one amphiphilic substance; b) generating a flow of the fluid (1) in at least one flow space (19), wherein the flow contains at least a Dehnströmungsanteil at least in a portion of the flow space (19), which causes the formation of vesicles from the fluid (1). Furthermore, a device for the production of vesicles is disclosed, which contains at least one pair of rotatable rollers (21, 21 ') each with a substantially cylinder jacket-shaped rolling surface (22, 22'), wherein a flow space exists between the rollers (21, 21) (19) for a fluid (1) is formed. At least one of the rollers (21) has a cavity (23). The rolling surface (22) of this roller (21) has at least one inflow opening, through which a fluid (1) from the flow space (19) into the cavity (23) can flow.
