abstract One embodiment includes a process of arranging a reinforcement fiber base member (2) so as to extend over a joined portion, a process of covering the arranged reinforcement fiber base member (2) with a bag member and sealing the bag member to an outer circumferential surface, a process of depressurizing the space between the outer circumferential surfaces of cylindrical members and the bag member, a process of supplying a fluid resin into the bag member, and a process of curing the resin to join the cylindrical members (10) to each other. The reinforcement fiber base member (2) includes an inner layer base member (21) to be arranged along the outer circumferential surface of a joined portion (101) and a plurality of outer layer base members (22) to be arranged in an overlap manner on the external side of the inner layer base member (21). Each outer layer base member (22) is arranged so as to partially overlap each other.
