titleOfInvention | Vehicle and method for operating a parked vehicle with unattended children or animals |
abstract | After a journey, for example, with a passenger car, it may happen that a traveling child has fallen asleep and therefore can not leave the parked car alone. When lifting out the sleeping child from the parked vehicle, there is a risk that the child wakes up. In the worst case, it can even come to a fall of the child when lifting. It is an object of the invention to facilitate the handling of such needy living beings in a vehicle. According to the invention, in a parked vehicle (5) by means of a detection device (15, 17, 19, 20, 22) at least one variable (7, 8) is detected, which is correlated with at least one feature (16) of the animal (3). Depending on the detected variable (7, 8), at least one action (12) is further executed. The invention is particularly suitable for monitoring a child (3) sleeping in the vehicle (5) by a person (1) outside the vehicle (5) to check whether the child (3) has awakened. |
