abstract | A piezoelectric device has excellent bonding by using solder and excellent electrical continuity by forming an external electrode layer so as to cover a sealing material after tightly sealing a through hole with a sealing material. In a piezoelectric device (100), a lid (10), a piezoelectric plate (20) which includes a piezoelectric oscillation piece having an oscillation electrode formed thereon and an extraction electrode, and a base (40) having a through hole (TH) are connected. The base is provided with: connecting electrodes (42, 44) which are connected to the extraction electrode on the piezoelectric plate side; a through hole electrode (15) which is electrically connected to the connecting electrode and is formed in the through hole; a first external electrode layer (50) which is electrically connected to the through hole electrode and is formed on the opposite surface to the piezoelectric plate; a sealing material (70) which seals the through hole electrode; and a second external electrode layer (50a) which is formed to cover the first external electrode layer (50) and the sealing material (70). |
