abstract |
The present invention provides a method for enhancing the effects of a skin benefit agent, wherein a skin benefit agent is provided and a composition comprising a peptide-based sealant which is a skin-binding peptide is separately provided, wherein both are applied to skin for a sufficient time for the benefit agent and peptide-based sealant to bind to the skin. Either the skin benefit agent can be applied to skin prior to the peptide-based sealant, or vice versa. |
