abstract This device comprises: stimulation means; means for collecting the electrical activity of the core according to two distinct temporal components ( Vbip, Vuni ) from two distinct endocavity electrogram EGM signals of said cavity; and capture test means on a stimulated cycle to be analyzed, capable of detecting the occurrence of a depolarization wave induced by stimulation of the cavity. These capture test means comprise means for determining a non-temporal 2D characteristic (VGM) representative of the cardiac cycle to be analyzed, based on the variations of one of the temporal components ( Vuni ) as a function of the other ( Vbip ). , and bidimensional analysis means, capable of delivering at least one descriptor parameter of said 2D characteristic, and determining the presence or the loss of a capture as a function of this descriptor parameter (s).
