For combating harmful plants in maize, which consists of tolerant or resistant mutants or transgenic maize plants, herbicide combinations (A) + (B), optionally in the presence of safeners, with an effective content of (A) broad-spectrum herbicides from the group (A1) glufosinates (salts) and related compounds; (A2) glyphosate (salts) and related compounds such as sulfosates; (A3) imidazolinones; (A4) herbicidal azoles from the group of inhibitors of protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO inhibitors); (A5) cyclohexanedione herbicides and (A6) heteroaryloxyphenoxypropionic acid herbicides and (B) one or more herbicides selected from the group consisting of (B0) one or more structurally different herbicides from said group (A) or (B1) monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous herbicides having foliar and soil action or (B2) herbicides selectively usable in maize against dicots; or (B3) herbicides which are foliar and soil active and can be used selectively in maize predominantly against dicotyledonous weeds, or from herbicides of several groups (B0) to (B3), and the maize cultures are tolerant to the herbicides (A) and (B) contained in the combination, optionally in the presence of safeners. |
