Summary n n The water-in-oil emulsion system of the present invention comprises a water phase, an oil phase, a water-in-oil emulsifier of 1-5 wt% on the basis of the total amount of the system, a solid powder of 0.1-20 wt% on the basis of the total amount of the system and a cationic surfactant of 0.01-2 wt% on the basis of the total amount of the system, in which the cationic surfactant is the cationic surfactant of a quaternary ammonium salt, represented by the general formula R 1 R 2 R 3 R 4 N + X - , in which R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are each independently selected from a C 1 -C 28 alkyl group or a C 1 -C 28 alkyl group substituted by a C 1 -C 4 acyl group, a C 2 -C 4 acyloxy group, a hydroxy group or a C 2 -C 4 alkenyl group, and X - is any suitable anion. |
