A method for the biomimetic treatment of a metal substrate, said metal being selected from the group consisting of titanium, tantalum, titanium alloys and tantalum alloys, comprising the steps of: (a) subjecting the metal substrate to an anodic spark deposition (ASD) treatment in an aqueous solution comprising sodium silicate hydrate (Na 2 SiO 3 -2H 2 O), β- glycerophosphate (β-GP), calcium acetate hydrate (C 4 H 6 CaO 4 -H 2 O) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH); and (b) immersing the metal substrate subjected to the ASD anodic deposition treatment in a solution of sodium hydroxide (NaOH). Moreover, the present invention also relates to a deposition aqueous solution comprising sodium silicate hydrate (Na 2 SiO 3 -2H 2 O), β- glycerophosphate (β-GP), calcium acetate hydrate (C 4 H 6 CaO 4 -H 2 O) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH). |
