titleOfInvention | Sample clean-up device |
abstract | The present invention is in the field of sample preparation for analytical methods. In particular, the present invention provides a sample clean-up device and a method for preparing said sample clean-up device. The sample clean-up device is based on the principle of ion exchange chromatography and is preferably in the form of a multiwell plate to be applicable in a high throughput setting. The present invention further provides methods for purifying a sample using said sample clean-up device. Furthermore, a method for analyzing a sample for presence of an analyte comprising purifying the sample using the sample clean-up device of the invention and an analyte-specific detection assay are provided. |
