abstract | It is an intention of the present invention to provide a method of adjusting a calibration reagent that allows to calibrate a measurement device that measures a color under a condition in which the blood color is mixed with the color generated by the chromogenic reagent in contact with a blood component. In addition, another intention of the present invention is to provide a method of adjusting the calibration reagent in order to make it possible to calibrate the measurement device even when the temperature condition at the time of measurement varies. n The present invention provides a method of adjusting a calibration reagent used in calibrating a blood component measurement device designed for optical measurement of a blood component characterized in combining two or more kinds of different dyes and adjusting the calibration reagent in such a way that the properties of the calibration reagent are assimilated with those of blood. |
