titleOfInvention | Production method of orthodontic bracket with positioning guide |
abstract | A production method of an orthodontic bracket with a positioning guide, wherein a first dental photopolymer (1) as a base material is thinly coated on a bonding surface of each orthodontic bracket (B) mounted to an orthodontic wire (W). A second dental photopolymer (2) having adhesive property to the first dental photopolymer (1) is built on the bonding surface of the orthodontic bracket (B). The bonding surface is adhered to a tooth surface of a dentition gypsum model (3) reproducing a dentition of a patient, where a separating material is previously coated on the tooth surface of the dentition gypsum model (3). The first and second dental photopolymers (1 and 2) are polymerized. A third dental photopolymer (4) is thinly coated around the orthodontic bracket (B) on the dentition gypsum model (3), where the third dental photopolymer (4) is easily abraded when an occlusal pressure is acted. Then, the third dental photopolymer (4) is polymerized so as to be integrated with at least the second photopolymer (2). |
