abstract | The resonant device comprises an electromechanical resonator (1) of nanometric or micrometric size which comprises a movable element (3) and a fixed element (4). Detection means provide detection signals, representative of a movement of the movable member (3) relative to the fixed member (4), to a feedback loop which is connected to an excitation input (E ) of the resonator (1). The resonator (1) is formed on the same substrate as the detection means and the feedback loop. The feedback loop has at most first (6) and second (7) transistors connected in series between a reference voltage (GND) and the excitation terminal (E). A capacitive load (5) is connected between the excitation terminal (E) and the reference voltage (GND). The detection signals control the conductivity of the first transistor (6). |
