titleOfInvention | Novel 7-substituted derivatives of 3-carboxy-oxadiazino-quinolones, preparation thereof and use thereof as anti-bacterial agents |
abstract | The invention relates to compounds of the formula (I) in which: - either R1 is H, OH, NH2, -(CH2)m - NRaRb (m = 0,1 or 2), Ra and Rb are H, linear, branched or cyclic (l-6c) alkyl, (3-6c) cycloalkyl - (1-6c) alkyl, Rc, S(O)2Rc, C(O)Rc, S(O)2Rd or C(O)Rd; or Ra and Rb form with N an Rc radical; Rc is an optionally substituted, saturated, unsaturated or aromatic cycle with 5 or 6 vertexes and containing from 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S; Rd is linear, branched or cyclic (l-6c) alkyl optionally substituted by 1 to 4 halogens; or R1 is Rc or CHReRc or CHReRd; Re is H, OH, NH2, (1-6c) NHaIk or (1-6c) NaIk2, or (1-7c) NH-acyl or NHRc; R2 is H, (CH2)m-NRaRb, Rc, CHReRc or CHReRd, and R'2 is H; provided that R1 and R2 cannot be H simultaneously or that R1 and R2 or R2 and R1 cannot be one (CH2)m-NRaRb or Rc or H and the other OH, or one H and the other NH2, or one H and the other (CH2)m-NRaRb,, Ra and Rb being H or alkyl or C(O) Rd, Rd being a non-substituted alkyl or cycloalkyl; - either R1 is such as defined above except for hydrogen and R2 and R'2 are gem (1-6c) dialkyl or alkyl (1-6c)-oxime, or R2 and R'2 are Rc or Rd and OH, NH2, NHRc or NHRf, Rf being a (l -7c) acyl; - or R1 is Hydrogen and R2 and R'2 are together (1-6c)-oxime alkyl or are one Rc and the other OH, NH2, NHRc or NHRf; n is 0 or 1; R3 and R'3 are H or (1-6c) alkyl optionally substituted by 1 to 3 halogens or R3 is (1-6c) alkoxy carbonyl and R'3 is H; R4 is methyl optionally substituted by halogen; R5 is H, (1-6c) alkyl or (7- 12c) arylalkyl; R6 is H, Fluorine, NO2, CF3 or CN. The invention also relates to said compounds in their enantiomer form or mixtures thereof, as well as to their salts with acids and bases, to their preparation, and to the use thereof as anti-bacterial agents, both in human or veterinary medicine. |
