The invention relates to spirocyclic heterocycles of general formula (I), to their tautomers, stereoisomers, mixtures and salts, in particular their physiologically compatible salts, comprising inorganic or organic acids with valuable pharmacological characteristics, in particular an inhibitory action on signal transduction that is mediated by tyrosine kinases. The invention also relates to the use of said heterocycles for treating diseases, in particular tumorous diseases, and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and for treating diseases of the lungs and respiratory tract. The invention further relates to the production of said heterocycles. |
