abstract It is an intra-medullary osteosynthesis device of two parts of bone, in particular of the hand or the foot, consisting of a substantially flattened main section body, comprising two zones of bone anchorage on both sides. other a rigid median zone of stability, resistant to shear, these two zones being each respectively formed by two symmetrical tabs around a longitudinal axis of the device, deformable between a closed form for introduction into a precalibrated bone hole, and a open form for attachment in the bone, having in their open form an angle at the positive base turned outward from their base, and in their closed form an angle at the negative base, the width at the ends in the closed position being less than the width at the base.
