abstract |
The invention relates to a modified multiwell plate for biochemical analyses and cell culture experiments, which can be obtained by a method for functionalization. The method comprises the following method steps: a) treating the multiwell plate using an ammonia low-pressure plasma, so that reactive amino groups arise on the plate surface; b) applying an aqueous or alcoholic solution of a maleic acid anhydride copolymer; c) drying the solution of the maleic acid anhydride copolymer on the surface; d) heat treatment for the covalent bonding of the maleic acid anhydride copolymer on the multiwell plate; e) washing with aqueous solution to remove unbound and water-soluble maleic acid anhydride copolymer; f) heat treatment to reproduce the reactivity of the anhydride groups on the maleic acid anhydride copolymer. |
