abstract |
The hydrophilizing agent of the present invention includes titanium oxide particles, tungsten oxide particles, phosphoric acid (salt) and dispersion medium, and the molar ratio of the phosphoric acid (salt) to the titanium oxide is from 0.001 to 0.2. In a producing method of such a hydrophilizing agent, titanium oxide particles are dispersed in dispersion medium containing phosphoric acid (salt) dissolved, and the obtained titanium oxide particle dispersion is mixed with the tungsten oxide particles. |
