| abstract | The invention relates to an article of clothing (10; 40) for detecting a breathing movement of a living being, wherein the clothing article can be pulled over the thorax of the living being, and has an electrical conductor (12) which can be integrated into the clothing article (10; 40) at the height of the thorax of the living being.
