abstract |
The invention relates to a method for increasing the resistance to flying stones of OEM layer structures consisting of an anti-corrosive layer, a filler layer, and a final layer of coating lacquer. In said method, 0.1 to 30 percent by weight of electrically charged inorganic particles AT in which the ratio D/d between the average particle diameter (D) and the average particle thickness (d) is >50 and the charge of which is compensated at least in part by single-charged organic counterions, the percentage being in relation to the non-volatile contents of the coating agent, are incorporated into the coating agent that contains at least one polymer P and is used for producing at least one of said layers, and the coating agent is applied and is finally cured. |
