A process for preparing a composition of alcoholic esters of linear monocarboxylic acids of 6 to 26 carbon atoms from a virgin or recycled viral or virgin vegetable or animal oil with monoalcohols of 1 to 18 atoms of carbon, in the presence of a catalyst associating at least one solid solution of Zn x Ai 2 O (3 + x) type in which x is between 0 and 1 (excluded limits) and free ZnO present between 7 and 30% in bulk allows to obtain directly, in one or more steps, an ester used as fuel or fuel and a pure glycerin. |
