titleOfInvention | Dosing device for liquids |
abstract | The invention relates to a dosing device for liquids, having a distributor rail (1) and a plurality of dosing units (2), which are hydraulically connected to the distributor rail (1), for the liquid, wherein each dosing unit (2) has a valve unit (3), which is preferably provided with a suction valve, a discharge valve and a discharge cannula (7), and also a piston-cylinder unit (8), which is detachably arranged on the valve unit (3), for sucking in the liquid and for discharging the liquid in a dosed fashion, wherein each valve unit (3) has a hydraulic connecting element for detachable hydraulic connection to the distributor rail (1), wherein the distributor rail (1) has an elongate fluid supply line which has, at the end side, an inflow connection (14) for the liquid, and laterally, dosing unit connections which are arranged so as to be distributed preferably at uniform intervals along the length, which dosing unit connections are detachably coupled to the hydraulic connecting elements of the dosing units (2). It is proposed that the distributor rail (1) is formed, as an interchangeable part, from a preferably recyclable plastic which can preferably be injection-molded. |
