System comprising bacteriophages and particles that contain active substances |
abstract |
The invention relates to a system comprising bacteriophages and particles that contain active substances. A first additional peptide which adheres to the surface of the particle is fused to proteins of the bacteriophage, and a second additional peptide that can adhere to substrate surfaces is fused to proteins of the bacteriophage. The invention further relates to the use of said system for the time-delayed release of active substances as well as a method for producing the system. The invention also relates to a method for selecting phage species from a combinatorial phage population. |
