The invention relates to a foamable mixture (M) comprising A) organically modified organopolysiloxanes (S) comprising an average of at least one urethane or urea unit per molecule, and a group of the general formula [1] -SiR1 z(OR2 ) 3-z, wherein R1 is an alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, or aryl radical having 1-20 carbon atoms, R2 is hydrogen, an alkyl radical having 1-10 carbon atoms, wherein up to 4 non-adjacent -CH2- groups can be replaced by an -O- group, or is an acyl radical having 1-10 carbon atoms, and z means the values 0, 1, or 2, and B) an expanding agent (T), and to a method for producing the organopolysiloxanes (S), and foams that can be produced from the foamable mixtures. |
