Disclosed is a method for producing a mixture of bacteriophages in which at least two different bacteriophage strains have been propagated separately, wherein a Staphylococcus strain each having a strain of a bacteriophage capable of lysing staphylococci is grown in a preculture and then further propagated in a major culture and is subsequently purified and the various strains are then mixed, wherein the mixture of bacteriophages used contains at least two different serotypes of bacteriophages that specifically lysate bacteria of the species Staphylococcus. |
