abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of treating a hydrocarbon comprising the steps of: na) providing an aqueous solution comprising tetra-sulfo iron-phthalocyanine and a stabilizing amount of a complexing agent; nb) combining the aqueous solution at least with an amount of a treatment amine to form a hydrocarbon treatment composition; and nc) contacting a hydrocarbon with the hydrocarbon treatment composition. The present invention also relates to an aqueous solution comprising: na) a stabilizing amount of a complexing agent; and nb) tetra-sulfo iron-phthalocyanine. |
