abstract | Disclosed is a method for detecting a hop latent virus, which comprises the following steps: an extraction step for extracting RNA of the hop latent virus from a sample; an amplification step for conducting a cDNA amplification reaction by RT-LAMP method by using a primer set comprising four oligonucleotides respectively having nucleotide sequences depicted in SEQ ID NOs:1 to 4 in the Sequence Listing and using the RNA as a template; and a determination step for determining that the hop latent virus is present when the amplification of cDNA having a nucleotide sequence depicted in SEQ ID NO:8 in the Sequence Listing is observed in the amplification step. |
