titleOfInvention Photodetecting device, radiation detecting device, and radiation imaging system
abstract A photodetecting device is provided in which a plurality of pixels are disposed two dimensionally on a substrate (1), wherein each pixel includes a photoelectric conversion element (3, 5, 6, 7) that converts an incident light into an electrical signal, a switch element (T) corresponding to the photoelectric conversion element, a driving wiring (2) connected to a gate electrode (4) of the switch element, and an interlayer insulating layer (11) covering at least the driving wiring, wherein the driving wiring and the gate electrode are arranged to sandwich the interlayer insulating layer, and wherein the driving wiring and the gate electrode are connected electrically through a contact hole (CHg) penetrating the interlayer insulating layer.
