abstract |
An acrylic thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by melt-kneading a methacrylic resin (A) and a polyvinyl acetal resin (B) at a resin temperature of not less than 140 °C while applying shear at a shear rate of 100 sec -1 or more, and then cooling the kneaded product to not more than 120 °C. In the acrylic thermoplastic resin composition, at least the methacrylic resin (A) forms a continuous phase, and among glass transition temperatures of the acrylic thermoplastic resin composition, a glass transition temperature Tg AP ascribed to the methacrylic resin (A) indicates a value between a glass transition temperature (Tg A ) of the methacrylic resin (A) alone and a glass transition temperature (Tg B ) of the polyvinyl acetal resin (B) alone. A film- or sheet-like molded article is obtained by molding the resin composition. An acrylic resin composite is obtained by laying a layer of metal and/or metal oxide on at least one side of the acrylic resin molded article. |
