The present invention relates to a nano-vehicle for the improved transcutaneous transport, particularly of pharmacologically active agents. The vehicles comprise one or a plurality of agents having inherent skin irritating effects, or a local anesthetic effect. Surprisingly, agents, particularly in the form of micro-emulsions, can be locally/topically transported in an improved manner, even though such an agent combination would suggest the contrary. An improved transcutaneous application can particularly lead to local active agent concentrations, which would otherwise not be achieved, and to a reduced application time, and therefore to a significant reduction of side effects in the long run. Depending on the active agent, pharmacological, particularly dermatological preparations can be produced and applied, for example for inflammatory/painful conditions of the skin/subcutaneous tissue in mammals. |
