abstract |
The invention relates to a contrast agent for the ultrasound examination of the prostate and a method for the diagnosis of prostate cancer. The contrast agent comprises contrast-enhancing particles (4), on the outside of which there is at least one coupling molecule (8) which specifically binds to CEACAM-1. In the method, the contrast agent is administered to the patient, followed by sonography of the prostate. |
