titleOfInvention Tube fixing
abstract The tube fixation consists of Fixierungsober- (1) and Fixlerungsunterteil (2), which can be connected to each other. The fixation lower part (2) has inside an adhesive surface (10) and a notch (9) for the blocking mechanism (8), outside a helical toothing (7) and at the bottom of a groove (6), as a rail for the lower jaw and simultaneously serves as bite guard (6). The fixing upper part (1) also has a notch (6), which is located on the top and serves as a splint for the upper jaw and bite protection (6). Likewise, the fixing upper part (1) has a helical toothing (7). The helical gearing (7) works when pushed together with the fixing base (2) in the sense of self-locking. In addition, two Fixierungshäkchen (4) on the front upper side of the Fixierungsoberteils (1) are attached, through which an additional fixing strap (5), which leads under the tube, is introduced. It should be closed with Velcro (11). The fixation band (5) divides into two parts in front of the ears. The fixation band (5) should be closed over the ears, under the ears or even crosswise.
