There is described a compound selected from the group consisting of tramadol, resveratrol, acetaminophen, xorphanol, cinfenoac, furcloprofen, bismuth subsalicylate, enofelast, triflusal, ketorfanol, indriline, furofenac, cizolirtine, dacemazine, demelverine, and fenethazine, and derivatives and/or combinations thereof, for the treatment or alleviation of depression. n There is also described a method of treating a patient suffering from depression. |
