abstract Disclosed is a shrink film which has a five-layered [surface layer/intermediate layer/center layer/intermediate layer/surface layer] laminate structure made of three types of materials, wherein intermediate layers are respectively provided on the both surfaces of a center layer, and surface layers are respectively provided on the outer surfaces of the intermediate layers. In the shrink film, the center layer is a resin layer mainly comprising a polyolefin resin, the surface layer is a resin layer mainly comprising a polyester resin, and the intermediate layer is a resin layer mainly comprising a polyethylene resin containing a glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) component. The shrink film has excellent properties such as a low specific gravity, excellent shrinking properties, high interlayer strength among the film layers of the laminate, and high elasticity. Therefore, the shrink film is particularly useful as a shrink label for a PET bottle.
