The invention relates to a process for hydrosilylation in the presence of ruthenium catalyzers characterized by a ruthenium catalyzer with at least two independent carbon- π –bonded ligands whereby at least one of these ligands is selected from the group of η6-bonded arene ligands, η6-bonded triene ligands, η4-bonded 1,5-cyclooctadiene ligands, and η4-bonded 1,3,5-cyclooctatriene ligands, the use of these ruthenium bonds as hydrosilylation catalyzers, and compositions containing such ruthenium bonds. |
