An orgonomolybdenum additive, its preparation and lubricating composition containing the additive, the uses of the additive and the lubricating composition in increasing friction-reducing performance and wear resistance. It is characterized in that the orgonomolybdenum additive of the present invention is prepared by reacting an ester of polyalcohol with a p-hydroxyphenylalkyl carboxylic, an inorganic molybdenum compound and aliphatic amines and /or aromatic amines and/or amides. The orgonomolybdenum additive of the present invention can impart good friction-reducing performance and wear resistance to lubricants. |
