A Nanofluidizable mixture containing vitamin B-12 is initially formed and processed via a nanofluidization process to form the stable nanosuspension, which may be administered via the transmucosal membranes or other suitable routes of administration. This product demonstrates increased bioavailability, enhanced period of onset, and enhanced stability for a controlled-release product. |
