abstract The present invention provides novel molecules, compositions, methods and uses for treating microvascular disorders, eye diseases and respiratory conditions based upon inhibition of two or more target genes. In particular, the present invention discloses tandem oligoribonucleotides which encode two or more inhibitory RNA molecules such as siRNAs, wherein each siRNA may be specific for a different gene. The sense and antisense segments in the siRNAs are connected via either a nucleotide or non-nucleotide linker.
