A plurality of detachable microdarts is disposed on the inflatable member. The method includes locating a vulnerable plaque. An inflatable member including a plurality of biodegradable and detachable microdarts is positioned adjacent the vulnerable plaque. The plurality of detachable microdarts is inserted into a vessel wall. |
