titleOfInvention Optical component for a stereo microscope
abstract A changing device (60) for an optical examination apparatus, for example a microscope, comprises two beam paths (61.1, 61.2) for a first optical image, and a changer optics (21) rotatably mounted in the changer, for example a Galilean magnification changer with at least two, here three pairs of beam paths (35.1, 35.2 or 45.1, 45.2 or 55.1, 55.2), which can be switched by turning the changer optics optionally in the beam paths (61.1, 61.2) of the changing device. According to the invention, the changer optics (21) now comprise, for each pair of beam paths, at least one additional beam path (36.1, 36.2 or 46.2, 46.2 or 56.1, 56.2) associated with the respective pair of beam paths, and the changing device (60 ) also comprises at least one, here also two additional beam paths (61.3, 61.4). The changer optics (21) is now designed such that when rotating the changer optics (21) at the same time the beam paths (35.1, 35.2 or 45.1, 45.2 or 55.1, 55.2) of a pair in the beam paths (61.1, 61.2) and the respective Pair assigned additional beam paths (36.1, 36.2 or 46.2, 46.2 or 56.1, 56.2) in the additional beam paths (61.3, 61.4) of the changer optics inserted or can be removed therefrom.
