The present invention relates to a gel-inhibiting method for homopolymerization and copolymerization process of conjugated dienes, and in particular to a gel-inhibiting method for Li-based anionic solution polymerization process of homopolymerization and copolymerization of conjugated dienes. The gel-inhibiting method is characterized by using a gel inhibitor, said gel inhibitor being a hydrocarbon mixture containing, based on its total weight, 5-27% by weight of 1,2-butadiene. The gel inhibitor is selected from the group consisting of: C4 raffinates produced as by-product from steam pyrolysis or catalytic cracking of petroleum hydrocarbon, hydrogenated products of C4 raffinates, hydrocarbon mixtures having identical composition to C4 raffinates and hydrogenated products of C4 raffinates, and combinations thereof. This gel-inhibiting method not only can effectively inhibit the formation of gels, but also is featured with easily available raw materials and low price, which is particularly suitable for use in large-scale industrial production. |
