abstract | Polypeptide of general formula (I) (SEQ ID NO 18): A-(Xa)n-X1-Lys-Thr-Thr-Lys-X2-(Xb)m-B wherein: i) (Xa)nand (Xb)m are amino acid chains, (Xa) and (Xb) may be the same or different and include any amino acid natural or not, ii)'n'=0-3, 'm'=0-3, iii) X1 and X2 are any amino acid, natrural or not, iv) A = H or N-Acyl, N-Acyl being biotin or alkyl chain (C2-C22), linear, branched or cyclic, substituted or not, saturated or not, hydroxylated or not, sulfurated or not, and v) B= OR1 or NR2R3; R1, R2 and R3 independently either H or an alkyl chain (C1-C24), linear, branched or cyclic, substituted or not, saturated or not, hydroxylated or not, sulfurated or not. Compositions containing at least one of said polypeptide are useful for treating visible signs of aging including wrinkles, stretch marks and dark circles. |
