titleOfInvention Method and device for automatically analysing biological samples
abstract The invention relates to a method for automatically analysing biological samples, in particular, tissue samples, by means of a device (11) for sampling the samples (1) in order to form data sets (4) of the samples (1). At least one parameter (P) is selected from a data set (4) of the sample (1), which is formed by using autoflorescence, without harming the sample (1), in order to produce a method and/or a device (10), which enables the related areas (ROI) of the sample (1) to be detected in a rapid manner and without harming the samples (1), and said parameter or value derived therefrom or a combination of parameters (P) or values derived therefrom are compared to at least one threshold value (S), and the comparative value is used as criteria for detecting related areas (ROI) of the sample (1) and stores them together with a well-defined characteristic (ID) of the sample (1).
